Before starting Dwella, Sergey was helping other companies build app and data products. His agency was recongnized as of one of the top App/AI companies in NYC that helped Twitter, Xsolla, NEU, Wilshire Associates and other notable brands get their products to the market.

Eva is a passionate real estate professional with a knack for technological innovations and strategic market advancements. She has spent nearly 16 years as investor and realtor carving a niche in multifamily units, mixed-use buildings, and condominiums.
Eva holds an MBA with a focus on Strategy, Finance, and Marketing from NYU Stern, and she expressed her passion for real estate by working at the intersection of strategy, design, and technology. Eva served as VP of Product for two property tech startups, leading product strategy and development for a tech-powered brokerage and a Proptech/Fintech firm empowering homeowners to liberate their equity without stringent lender qualifications.
